The Deal Room prepares high school students for on-campus recruiting at elite colleges, equipping students with the skills needed for careers in private equity, corporate law, management consulting, and investment banking.
We work with secondary schools on white-label solutions and with parents on individual needs.
We have successfully gone through Ivy League on-campus recruiting for consulting, investment banking, and private equity. There is no program that will better prepare aspiring college students for these careers.

THE WHY. Elite internship recruiting happens early and is highly competitive. Many students fall behind due to a lack of awareness. We give them a head start, equipping them with the knowledge and prep colleges don’t provide—so they stay ahead from day one.
The Deal Room provides students -- liberal arts, STEM, and economics -- with essential business skills by combining an intensive in-person experience and real-world hands-on training designed to help students gain a competitive edge for on-campus recruiting for elite jobs.
Designed for top students at the country's leading secondary schools, The Deal Room delivers a comprehensive business curriculum taught by Ivy League graduates with deep industry experience, a capstone team project, and one-on-one career guidance. This 7-day experiential and intensive program prepares students with the skills they need to land a job or internship in the most sought after industries and in the most sought after roles.

Not The Classroom
We cut our teeth in Ivy League classrooms and found them ineffectual for the real-world and for on-campus interview prep. Other programs have professors lecture; we have practitioners engage.
Faculty are too focused on theory -- they care about you understanding minutiae. We focus on industry -- we care about you impressing the managing director, your team, and your client.
ONLY
In-Person.
Jamie Dimon and Jeff Bezos are right. It's why consultants travel to a customer site. It's why family and team bonds are so tight. There is no substitute for in-person learning and the in-person experience.
Other programs have virtual options. We believe capitalism is a full-body, in-person experience. Go fast? Go alone. Go far? Go together in-person.

Not Duration
Students have rigorous schedules and asking them to take more than a week off from their other activities can result in atrophy. We believe in concentrated intensity.
Our programs typically run 7 days in an all-out and all-in sprint that mimics the reality of a consulting project or a live mergers and acquisitions deal.
